1. Services

Review Manager provides tools and services to help businesses collect, organise, and display authentic customer reviews across platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and other relevant channels (“Services”).

We aim to help businesses improve credibility, online reputation, and customer trust. All reviews are collected ethically and verified for authenticity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• You authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

• All prices are listed in USD ($). An additional 5% VAT will be added to all payments processed in the UAE.

• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.

• You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other government charges arising from your use of the Services.
  
  

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activity on your account is your responsibility.

• You must notify Review Manager immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
  
  

5. User Conduct

When using Review Manager:

• Do not use the Services for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

• Do not attempt to manipulate or fake reviews.

• Do not interfere with the functionality of the Services or other users’ access.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and Stripe’s terms for payment processing.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, designs, and trademarks related to Review Manager remain the property of Review Manager or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
  
  

7. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Review Manager may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
  
  

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

• Review Manager does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Manager is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  
  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Manager, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

• Review Manager may update these Terms from time to time.

• Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  
  

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
